The name 'bā shì' is a Sichuan dialect expression for joyful contentment, the spirit behind every dish built on garlic, ginger, fermented broad bean paste, and the signature numbing tingle of Sichuan peppercorn. The menu spans handmade dumplings, rice bowls, cold and hot noodles, and small plates, with thoughtful halal, vegan, and Impossible Meat options woven throughout.
