13 Celsius
13 Celsius is a point of interest in Midtown, Houston, Texas, located at 3000 Caroline, Houston, TX, Houston, TX.
13 Celsius is a wine bar and café in Midtown Houston, set inside a lovingly preserved 1920s Mediterranean-style building (originally Jenning's Cleaners and Dyeing Shoppe) with its original pressed-tin ceiling, a 40-foot white Carrera marble bar, furnishings salvaged from the historic Warwick Hotel, and an open-air courtyard. It's known for an extensive, globally-sourced wine program served by the bottle, glass, half-glass, or taste from a climate-controlled cellar kept at 13°C, alongside curated flights, tastings, and a dynamic cheese and charcuterie menu. The vibe blends Old World European enoteca charm with contemporary Houston energy, making it a favorite for romantic dates and wine-centric evenings. It has been recognized as one of the country's best champagne bars, one of America's most romantic restaurants, and one of America's best wine bars. It suits wine enthusiasts, couples, and anyone looking for a sophisticated late-night spot with expert-guided pours.
