The ground floor housed a functioning gourmet market with fair trade coffee, cured meats, and specialty cheeses, while upstairs dining featured a cozy alcove with panoramic bay window views of Main and Prairie Streets. Owner Rusty Powers, a self-described 'burger geek,' built the menu around 100% brisket patties and inventive sides. The concept attracted breakfast commuters and downtown residents but closed after 18 months in July 2011.
